Do you accept returns?

Is it possible to give a second life to my clothes while receiving money? If yes, what are the selection criteria?

Yes quite! You have the opportunity to sell the clothes of your young children who have grown up. We accept sizes 0 to 24 months and certain specific pieces up to 6 years. We also take shoes and accessories in these same sizes.

However, it is important that the clothes are stain-free, hole-free and must not show signs of wear (too fluffy). Logos must not be damaged or cracked. In addition, the garment label must also be intact so that we can quickly identify the size, brand and composition of the fabric. Buttons and zippers ultimately need to be functional.
